Detailed description
The frame welding island consists of two sets of robotic welding systems for inner frame seams, one set of robotic welding systems for cover plates, two sets of robotic systems for outer seams, three sets of robotic systems for frame assemblies, two sets of RGVs, six sets of KBKs, eight sets of tilting and turning machines, and four sets of assembling point fixtures, etc. It is suitable for the automated robotic welding of the frames of wide-bodied vehicles.
Production capacity: 2 shifts per day, 11 hours per shift, 28 working days per month, single piece production line design beat time 150min/piece, production line to meet the production capacity of 250 pieces/month.
Process flow: grouping ⇨ inner seam welding ⇨ filler welding, upper cover plate grouping, manual welding ⇨ cover plate automatic welding ⇨ plugging plate, reinforcing plate grouping ⇨ outer seam welding ⇨ filler welding and grinding ⇨ assembly grouping ⇨ assembly welding ⇨ filler welding and repairing.
