The production line consists of 16 sets of central groove gang welding robot workstations, 1 set of truss handling robot, 1 set of downstream plate chain, 2 sets of mobile loading and positioning table, safety device system and bus control system. The production line adopts truss handling robots and robot workstations to realize automatic loading and unloading of workpieces. The production line adopts centralized control and real-time flow and storage of production information. This line supports informationization monitoring and collecting function to meet the requirement of automatic flow and transportation of the whole line of workpieces. The production beat of the line is about 10min.
