The welding workstation consists of an inverted FANUC robot M-20iD/12L, a three-axis robot mobile rotary lifting C-support HCS-123, a two-axis lifting head and tailstock robot positioner HDVS250 and OTC's SHT-1000-S high-current welding system, which combines to form a welding workstation with a total of 13-axis linkage and is suitable for the welding of structural parts of the underframe of the oversized excavation.
Features
1. Before the equipment is shipped, the customer provides the model of the workpiece, and we use offline programming according to the provided model to program the program in advance, and the equipment is shipped to the site to ensure that the equipment is installed to ensure that the base difference, and the program is copied directly, which greatly shortens the time of on-site programming and the time of production.
2. The welding power source adopts 0TC deep melting arc, high-efficiency wire feeding technology, and the wire feeding system is driven by high-power servo motors, with strong wire feeding force, high wire feeding precision and stable wire feeding speed, which ensures the stability of the welding process.
3. The welding torch adopts Bincell double water-cooled welding torch W600, which has high temporary load rate, improves the weldability rate, and the wearing parts can be replaced domestically, which reduces the cost of use (see the list of wearing parts of the business standard).
4. Weldability ≥ 90%, (see simulation video).
5. The lifting axis of the displacement machine adopts the robot linkage axis, which reduces the operation difficulty and improves the programming and production efficiency.
6. The safety system and robot system interlock to protect the operator safety.
