Detailed description
The equipment is mainly composed of base, bracket, flange assembly workpiece and so on. Medium diameter pipe flange assembling machine is used for manual assembling of single or double head flange or casing of the pipe with good material, which can meet the form of pipe: single head flange, double head flange, single head casing, double head casing, one head flange and the other head casing and other structural forms.
The mechanism of the base ensures enough rigidity, which can be installed on the horizontal ground according to the user's demand, and the upper end is installed with a guide rail, and the traveling mechanism can move freely on the guide rail.
The flange assembly tooling is composed of flange displacement device, lifting device, self-centering chuck, flange positioning device, axial radial feeding mechanism and so on.
The flange displacement device adopts the mode that the active end is fixed and the driven end can be moved manually on the guide rail, the rotation has the function of position indication, after rotating to the specified position, the rotating mechanism will be locked manually, so that the flange connecting holes at both ends can reach the assembly design requirements.
Self-centering chuck electric/pneumatic clamping flange to reduce manual labor intensity. (It is recommended to use manual chuck, the center diameter is relatively small, manual clamping is very fast, has been replied through the question clarification):
Flange positioning device using flange self-centering chuck on the pin positioning flange center hole, the pin position can be extended self-centering chuck on the slot shift, through the pin inserted into the flange connection positioning hole for circumferential direction positioning.
The casing can be assembled by clamping it with the self-centering chuck.

Parallelism of end faces after assembly of two flanges is less than 1 degree and perpendicularity is less than 1 degree. The mounting holes on the two flanges correspond one to another, and the misalignment angle is not more than 1 degree.
