Cone welding robot workstation adopts double-station layout, which consists of Japanese FANUC M-10iD/10L, robot C-support HCS03-123, robot positioner HDC50, welding tooling, laser tracking system, dust removal system, TPS400i CMT digital pulse welding power source, which can realize the splicing weld of cones, welding of small head and internal fascia plate, and automatic position finding welding by robot. Robot automatic position-seeking welding, weld quality should be beautiful, in line with the buyer's factory quality requirements, surface deformation after welding should be ≤ 2mm and cone end face flatness to meet the site standards, integrated beat: ≦ 60min / cone.
