Detailed description
The mixer truck frame line is planned according to 20min/train beat capacity, compatible with 6-22 square products, from longitudinal beam loading to powder spraying before going online all the whole truck frame production, the main line area through the truss robot, roller conveyor line and conveyor trolley to realize the area of automatic loading and unloading, the robot to complete the main weld welding, manually complete the patch welding work. In the auxiliary line, operators use KBK to load and unload workpieces, robotic workstations to weld the main weld seams, and manually complete the repair welding. The main and auxiliary lines are connected in series through RGV trolleys. The production line is equipped with a central control room, which is docked with the workshop MES system, allowing real-time flow and storage of production information such as line status information, production information, parameter information, alarm information, energy consumption information, and other production information.
The frame line completely solves the traditional manual assembly process, manual welding process, environmental protection, logistics and transportation and other aspects of the industry pain points, in terms of labor efficiency, production capacity, the cost of a single unit of labor has been greatly improved.
