The professional sports coach warmed up before the game, taught the basic knowledge, explained and demonstrated the basic skills and precautions of Frisbee in detail, such as the way of holding the disk, throwing posture, catching body skills and safety matters, and then the Frisbee game started officially. At the beginning of the game, the players showed excellent frisbee control skills, they ran fast, high altitude interception, accurate passing, passing the frisbee back and forth, a fierce competition between the teams, each person went all out, the atmosphere of the game is warm, cheering and cheering one after another.

PART03 Unstoppable Dragon Boat Race 

Dragon Boat Racing, one of the most important festive folk activities of Dragon Boat Festival, to experience the unique Dragon Boat culture with Dragon Boat characteristics, a boat with the same boat, chopping waves, the will of the people, unstoppable, aimed at exercising team cohesion and encouraging team motivation and morale, to strengthen communication between the team, to enhance the team's sense of identity and belonging to the team, to experience the challenges and adventures, and to realize the team cooperation during the activity. PART04 Enjoy the Dragon Boat Festival with Dumplings

After the intense competition, all the employees wrapped the dumplings to experience the customary culture of Dragon Boat Festival.
