Product overview
Pallet jacking transfer machine is suitable for all kinds of boxes, bags, pallets and other pieces of cargo transportation, bulk materials, small items or irregular items need to be placed on the pallet or turnover box conveyor. Can convey a single piece of material with a large weight, or to withstand a large impact load, the roller line is easy to connect between the filtration, can be used for multiple roller line and other conveyors or special machines to form a complex logistics conveyor system, to complete the process of multi-faceted needs. Accumulation roller can be used to realize the accumulation of materials. Roller conveyor has simple structure, high reliability and easy to use and maintain.
It mainly consists of frame, driving device, transmission device, guiding device and so on.
Frame: It adopts high-strength aluminum alloy standard profile and mainly consists of frame body, legs, adjustable height (fine-tuning) and feet for fixing the position of the equipment.
Driving device: motor reducer, driving flat belt wheel, tension adjustment mechanism, etc., SKF bearings.
Transmission device: mainly consists of conveyor rollers, belt rings that drive the rotation of the rollers, etc.
Guiding device: set on both sides of the equipment to realize the correct introduction of materials.
