Performance Characteristics
1, can be continuous, large quantities of goods sorting. Due to the use of large-scale production in the automatic operation of the assembly line, the automatic sorting system is not subject to the climate, time, physical strength, etc., can be run continuously, and because of the automatic sorting system per unit of time to sort the number of pieces of the automatic sorting system, so the sorting capacity of the automatic sorting system is more than 100 hours of continuous operation, per hour can be sorted 7,000 pieces of packaged goods, such as manual can only be sorted 150 pieces of per hour. At the same time, the sorting staff can not work continuously for 8 hours under this labor intensity.
2, sorting error rate is very low. Automatic sorting system of the sorting error rate depends mainly on the accuracy of the input sorting information size, which in turn depends on the sorting information input mechanism, if the use of manual keyboard or voice recognition input, the error rate of more than 3%, such as the use of bar code scanning input, unless the bar code printing itself has errors, otherwise there will be no error.
