Product overview
Roller conveyor is a conveyor that utilizes a number of rollers set up on a fixed support at a certain spacing to transport piece goods. The fixed support is generally composed of a number of straight or curved segments I need to put together. Roller conveyor can be used individually or in conjunction with other conveyors or working machines in the assembly line, which has the advantages of simple structure, reliable work, easy installation and disassembly, depressed maintenance and flexible line arrangement.
Performance characteristics
It mainly consists of rack, driving device, transfer device, guiding device, etc.
◆ Rack: adopts high-strength aluminum alloy standard profile, mainly consists of rack body, legs, adjustable height (fine-tuning) and fixed equipment position of the legs and so on.
◆ Driving device: motor reducer, driving flat belt wheel, tension adjustment mechanism, etc., SKF bearing.
◆ Transportation device: mainly consists of transportation roller, driving roller rotation belt ring and so on.
◆ Guiding device: set on both sides of the equipment to realize the correct introduction of materials.
